Since the founding of our company, we’ve strived to make home improvement projects easier and more convenient for you, the homeowner. Our technology-enabled solutions mean we’re uniquely able to help you during this time because our remote processes were built into our operations from the start. Here’s how we can provide a contactless service.
There’s absolutely no requirement to meet anyone in person to start the process. You can request a free quote by entering your address on our website or calling our customer service agents at 650-300-4854.
You can also use our free Fence Quoting Tool online. With our tool, you’re able to select the fence style and specifications you want and also get a general idea of how much the project could cost, all from the comfort of your home. All of our customers are assigned a personal customer service agent who will help guide you through the installation process and answer any questions you have along the way over the phone, email, or text message.
We’re able to give you a quote without sending anyone over to your property through our remote quoting process. Through a combination of video calls and satellite imaging, we’re able to take accurate measurements for your project. Because you don’t have to wait for someone to do the measurements in person, you can get your quote faster. You can see the experience one of our customers had below:
Once we have the necessary data about your project, our specialized quoting team will get to work and send you a detailed and itemized quote within 48 hours. Your quote can be reviewed, edited, and approved online.
Once you’ve confirmed your quote, we’ll put in a request to mark your property for utilities as required by California Law. After your property is marked and your installation date is confirmed, our team will come out to your property on the scheduled day to install your new fence. Our installers have detailed blueprints for your project so they can get straight to work without needing to communicate with you.
We have trained our field associates for physical distancing and sanitation. Due to the current situation in California, our installers are required to follow these best practices:
1. Avoid direct physical contact (Please take no offense if they don’t shake your hand, they are trying to protect you).
2. Keep a 6’ distance from any person they are interacting with during the installation, including fellow crew members.
3. Handle all communications via phone or email.
4. Carry and consistently use alcohol gel and/or disinfectant to sanitize hands and surfaces.
All payments can be made online. For smaller projects, you can pay in full upon project completion. Larger projects are typically paid in separate milestones.
If there is any part of the installation that you have an issue with, you can contact your project manager and tell them. You can send photos and an email or get on a video call to show them which part of the final installation you have issues with. They’ll ensure the problem is solved.
