AJ's 20-year-old fence was about to fall down and needed to be replaced. Recently widowed, she was initially overwhelmed by the thought of finding someone to replace her fence. She received bids from a few different fence companies in the Sacramento area and decided to go with Ergeon because we:

Harold, our on-site estimator, was the first company representative AJ got to meet. While taking measurements and inspecting the project site, he noticed that the retaining wall needed replacement as well. Harold took his time to explain why he had recommended to replace the retaining wall and AJ couldn't agree more. AJ appreciated the fact that Harold stressed the importance of a solid retaining wall, which would carry the weight of the fence.

AJ was initially told that her project would be scheduled within the next 20 days, yet, the project ended up being scheduled much earlier than expected.

On the day of the project start date, she got a call from Marcos, the crew lead. He asked AJ to confirm whether she wanted the bracing to show on the inside or the outside of the property. This made AJ feel she was a part of the process, and she appreciated that we consulted her before going through with the installation.

When he project was done, Marcos had clearly thought ahead. He had left a section open, so AJ would not need to drive her car around to see the outside of the fence. Gentlemanly he held her hand to help her step over the tall retaining wall, so she could inspect the work from the other side.
